About Dermapen 4™

Dermapen is an advanced, motorized, minimally invasive cosmetic device — a form of Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT). Using ultra-fine needles, it rapidly creates uniform microchannels across the surface of the skin, stimulating the body’s natural repair mechanisms. This prompts fibroblasts to rebuild collagen and elastin, while also enhancing skin structure and radiance.

As the ultra-fine sterile needles vibrate vertically at high speed against the skin, they create thousands of microchannels between the epidermis and dermis. Upon detecting these micro “signals,” the skin activates its self-repair process — releasing growth factors, activating fibroblasts, and beginning to rebuild its collagen network. Pre-Treatment Notes

Patients with allergies, a keloid-prone scarring tendency, systemic or local infection at the injection site, cardiovascular disease, or those on anticoagulant medication should be evaluated by a physician.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women must not receive treatment.
Patients who have had prior surgery or implants at the treatment site, or who have received filler treatments (such as hyaluronic acid or micro-crystal fillers) within the past month, should inform their physician in advance.
Patients with an allergy to collagen or to anesthetics such as lidocaine require professional evaluation.
Aspirin should not be taken before treatment, to avoid bruising at the injection site.

Post-Treatment Care

Redness, pain, and itching may occur at the injection site, gradually subsiding over roughly 3–7 days.
Avoid cosmetics and other irritating products, and avoid contact with water, for 24 hours after treatment.
Avoid facials, strenuous exercise, alcohol, and staying up late for one month.
Avoid overheated environments such as saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools for one week.
Reinforce moisturizing, cleansing, and sun protection, and maintain a balanced diet.
