Pre-Treatment Notes

Patients with allergies, a tendency toward hypertrophic scarring such as keloids, systemic infection or infection at the injection site, cardiovascular disease, or those using anticoagulant medication require evaluation by a physician.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women are prohibited from receiving treatment.
Patients who have previously had surgery or an implant at the injection site, or who have been treated with fillers such as hyaluronic acid or hydro micro-crystal (水微晶) within the past month, should inform their physician in advance.
Patients allergic to collagen or to anesthetics such as lidocaine require professional evaluation.
Aspirin is prohibited before injection, to avoid bruising at the injection site.

Post-Treatment Care

Redness and swelling, pain, and itching may occur at the injection site, gradually easing over approximately 3–7 days.
Within 24 hours after injection, do not use cosmetics or other irritating products, and avoid contact with water.
For one month, facials, strenuous exercise, drinking alcohol, staying up late, and similar behaviors are prohibited.
For one week, avoid overheated places such as saunas, dry-heat sauna rooms, steam rooms, and swimming pools.
Step up moisturizing, cleansing, and sun protection, and maintain a balanced diet.
